GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.ELIGIBILITY

A. C103 Contest are open to all legal U.S. Residents except full or part-time employees of DreamCatcher Communications inc., its subsidiaries, their families, participating sponsors and promotional partners.

B. No purchase is necessary to play and win.

C. No more than one member of a household is eligible to win or participate in a contest sponsored by C103 within a thirty-day period.

D. No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited

E. To participate, contestants should call 1-800-326-9722, unless othewise specified.

2. The Prizes and Taxes

A. Values are subject to change at discretion of C103 and all parties involved.

B. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

C. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED

D. All daily qualifying prizes expire 30 days from date won, or on date of event.

E. Winner is solely responsible for: 1. Transportation to and from any location. 2. Picking up item

By playing this contest, contestants give C103 permission to use his or her names and/or any likeness in any photographs, print, video or audio tapes for publicity purposes with no further compensation.
